- The site says capacity is tight: after payment, orders are served in payment order, usually within 7 days (not a guaranteed limit). - Refunds and cancellation

If a delivered Claude account is restricted or banned for reasons other than its own delivery or fulfilment failure, the account part is neither refunded nor replaced.
- Data after the rental ends
- The site says machines are not backed up automatically; if not renewed within 3 days of expiry the machine is reclaimed and all data erased, unrecoverable.
- Renewal
- The site says it reminds you 3 days before expiry and monthly plans can be renewed in the account; renewals use the price published at the time and the first-order discount does not apply. Annual terms are quoted manually.
